As at June 2007 Rubicon is the Responsible Entity for:

  • Rubicon America Trust (RAT) (ASX:RAT), an Australian listed property trust which currently owns a US$1.6 billion (approximately A$2.1 billion) 33 building portfolio of quality US real estate (84% of RAT’s income is derived from US Government tenants) and commerical real estate loans.

  • Rubicon Europe Trust Group (RET) (ASX:REU), an Australian listed property trust which currently owns a €986 million (approximately A$1.6billion) portfolio of eight high quality modern office properties located in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria and commercial real estate loans.

  • Rubicon Japan Trust (RJT) (ASX:RJT), an Australian listed property trust which currently owns a ¥115 billion (approximately A$1.2 billion) portfolio of 18 income producing office and retail properties located primarily in Central Tokyo

Rubicon, based on announced and closed transactions, has total assets under management of approximately A$5.4 billion, including approximately A$5.2 billion of international real estate.
