What is the Fund's investment strategy?
The Rubicon International Leaders Fund is designed to provide investors with access to a diversified international portfolio of absolute return funds (the RILF Portfolio). The RILF Portfolio provides access to absolute return funds which would otherwise be inaccessible to many investors due to the fact that many of the funds have high minimum investment requirements or are simply not known by many investors.
 
Rubicon and Tiedemann have reinforced their alignment of interests with those of the investors by only taking a performance based fee and zero management fee.
Can I still invest in the Fund?
No. The Fund announced its closure to investors on 7 March 2008. The Initial Termination Payment is expected to be made in late June.
Who is the Investment Adviser for the RILF Portfolio?
Tiedemann Trust Company was founded in 1999 to provide customised wealth management solutions. As at December 2006, it had assets under advice of approximately US$3.2 billion, primarily on behalf of high net worth individuals, families, endowments and foundations. The investment team of the Investment Adviser, which comprises eleven investment analysts, has extensive experience in absolute return funds. The Investment Adviser is part of the Tiedemann Investment Group, which has over 26 years experience in managing absolute return funds and currently manages US$2.4 billion in ten distinct investment strategies.
