| The Rubicon Australian Leaders Fund is designed to provide investors with positive returns in all market conditions from a diversified portfolio of absolute return funds managed by Australian fund managers. The emergence of talented and disciplined absolute return fund managers in Australia has now reached the stage where a diversified portfolio of such funds can now be created to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns. The Fund will invest in absolute return funds which are managed by Australian-based managers, irrespective of whether the underlying investment strategies are domestic or international in scope. By allocating capital to funds pursuing a wide variety of different investment strategies, the Fund seeks to construct a diversified investment portfolio and thereby reduce risk. |
| Can I still invest in the Fund? |

No. The Fund is currently closing and returning capital to investors. Investors were informed on 31 March 2008 of the second cash payment. The final termination distribution will be made following the final audit being completed. The audit process has been delayed due to delays with the receipt of redemption proceeds from an underlying investment of the Fund. |
